    Onion Helm not working

    The effects of the Onion Helm are supposed to half the time of weakness. Whenever I have it on and then become unconcious, upon returning back to Aetheryte stone, it does not half the time of weakness; staying at 3 minutes.

    Yeah, all the bonuses from those consumer incentive items don't work once you're either rank or level 10.
