lost all my gil

I lost all my gil due to a bug (?). At least i think its a bug because when i started playing i think i still had it.

can this be fixed? i'd like my hard earned gil back.

I lost all item (gil + all item and job soul crystal)
Up to now has not been any response

Same, lost my gil too, It's also happened to a lot of others since the patch.

Do you have random characters on different servers that you don't remember making? If so, you were hacked. Not saying it's not a bug, but a lot of people were hacked.

Only have the 1 character, nothing else was touched on him just the gil.

Also have a long ass password and a One-Time key attached to my account, so unless they've had a database leak I doubt I got hacked.

And it happened right after the patch.

yeah theres actually one other char on a different server which i did not make. So im prolly hacked. But only the gil was touched. I cant attach one-time password because i cant remember what i put as date of birth back when i played ffxi long ago (yeah i tried my real date of birth:P). I hope they are able to fix this. my account just got suspended too so I cant evne play right now.....
