[PS3] Cannot exit Launcher?

On the PS3, once I've started up the client, there doesn't appear to be any way to do anything else other than play FFXIV without turning off the system entirely.

Choosing "Exit Game" from the System menu when in-session puts me back at the Launcher. From the Launcher, there's no "Exit" button and the home button on the PS3 controller doesn't bring up the PS3's menu.

The only way I can find to exit the game is to turn off the PS3. Am I missing something? If not, please consider adding support for returning the user to the PS3 main menu into the PS3 version of the game in a future patch.

Have you try press and hold the PS button and choose Quit Game? That's how you quit the game on PS3.

Thanks, holding the PS button to bring up the mini-menu works. I actually didn't know about that menu; in the past I've just tapped the PS button to bring up the system menu and quit games from there.

The press-and-hold PS button is actually a standard thing that to interrupt the game session. Kinda like CTRL-ALT-DEL on PC. :-)
