Demon wall little too hard?

So, after spending about 3 hrs wiping against this thing it has become clear that "Certain classes" are not going to really get this done.

Namely SMN/BLM, as both require you to stand still and pew pew. Demon Wall does not allow this...Almost at all.

Not only do you get the poison on the ground that gives random debuffs and damage but you have the knockback, adds, adds that do large AOEs that do pretty nasty damage and you get the room cut in half.

I am all up for a challenge but Demon Wall is just seems broken.

Joking aside (yeah, just wanted to throw that here) just keep trying, I'm sure you will get the kill sooner or later, good luck! n_n

There is nothing "unfair" about this encounter. There is nothing "unfair" to DD casters about this encounter.
Not to sound rude, but if you are having issue on this boss then it is yourself, or the party you are with.
It is a super easy repetitive pattern repeated over and over. If youre a caster you just learn the pattern and know when to cast.

Basically your group won this fight because DPS was strong .. hell even your PLD was dead half way through.

This fight is extremely easy for a Black Mage. i have no issues whatsoever. I'll even stay in the slow zones to get that extra fire 1 off before moving and still not get hit. Its extremely easy. Learn how to cast better i guess? i dont relaly know what to tell you.

I've soloed the wall down as war from that point when all my comrades were dead, doesn't have much to do with dps being strong, just gotta keep dodging and being prepared for repel.

we had PLD BLM SMN WHM that arrived at the demon wall (no LB) with 45 mins left on the clock (people left) and cleared the dungeon without any problem.

it's player skill not the class in this case.
