    Ragnarok server Character Creation

    Hello,

    It says on the newspost "Regarding Character Creation Restrictions " that Ragnarok is open for character creation, yet a friend of mine cannot create a character (server is grayed out).

    Any idea what's going on?

    I've noticed if there's a server queue, the character creation won't work. Maybe wait til late night/early morning and check?
