Where is my CE Code?! PS3 and What to do?

Hello guys i am newbie here and what i supposed to do.
In the last Sunday i bought FFARR CE to Ps3 right, and i received 1 code to active my account, i did all right but something is missing... my precious CE Code to receive the other mount, pet or equipament, i don t known right what i need to do to gain CE Code.
I already tried in DLC nothing... I'm a little desperate because i really want the code
But i don t known how...

Please guys if somebody known how to do, please help!

Did you use the code that is on the back of the game instruction manual? Not the code that comes on a separate red and black card.

LOL, yes i used the code in instrsuction manual, but i dont known about this red and black card D:
I have here the:

- Exclusive Box
- Eorzea OST
- 5 Exclusive Art Card
- Security Token
- Eorzea Box

i think redeem the 12 digit ps3 code ON your ps3 WITH the SAME account linked to your SE ID
also make 1000% sure you are adding the CE stuff to THE SAME Service Account you are using to play the game now, do NOT make a new Service Account
