LOW FPS - GTX 660 Ti I5 2500K ~13 fps in towns

it is not overheating. As I said couple of times before I monitor CPU/GPU/MB temperature and it is just fine.

And this CPU is little more than a year, also I bought that GPU card specially for FFXIV (it is something like 5 days).

Also I put termo pasta at my processor.

you gotta give your cpu temp, then test it in benchmark before entering the game...
also make sure you didnt overclocking your cpu, make sure default all in bios (if you did tweet something before changing to your new GPU)
