You can choose the rank of the guild task? What are the rewards/sp like?

200 sp for rank 1
500 sp for rank 10

other rewards vary from 5 shards, to 100 shards, to random items(havent seen a pattern yet it varries and seems to be random on every turnin, not set for the turnin itself)
