Craftmanship vs Control stacking

and by stacking, I mean food

anyway, since the total number of craftmanship and control for each set of gear are pre-determined (though I havent reach a number for, let just say, HQ AF set), which food prefereble for you? craftmanship or control food?

Unless you can reduce the number of turns you need to push progress by eating craftsmanship food, the correct answer is always control or CP food.

For example, making twinthread on my WVR only requires me to use two turns on progress. Eating craftsmanship food doesn't reduce that number any, so it's effectively useless.
