Error 3102 for 3 days now my account is suspended.

I'm getting this error today a lot... I'm using One time Password app. my internet connection is stable and excellent.I didn't get any loot today cuz of this error. I'm really don't know why? and Log in back again it will take ages. my friends they are online and they didn't see anyone online at all to say I got hacked even with the Security app .

Hey guys, just wanted to update you a little bit as to what's been going on concerning my issue.

Thanks for all the responses, I added a One-Time password system and changed the password that was on my account. I've also put through another ticket regarding this and I am hoping they will respond in a reasonable amount of time.

I figure my account must have been compromised, there is literally no other explanation for a 3012 error for 3-4 days, I just hope SE can realize that it wasn't the actual account-holder who was to blame.

The only way I could see someone obtaining my account info was if it was phished from a gil selling site which I DID NOT visit. So I'm pretty confused as to how it happened.

You can check your characters without entering the game. Go through all the servers to see if there are any characters there that you did not make yourself.

Well you might not even be able to do that with a suspension.
