HUD Layout Issue: Duty List position cannot be saved

I tried to move it, saved it, work perfectly until I restart the game client it will return to its default position all the time.

I have no issue with the positions of other HUDs.

I'm having a similar issue. Every time I log in, my duty list is in a different place. Sometimes it's up high, covering my mini map. Sometimes it's halfway down the screen. It just won't stay where I put it!
