Fight or Fracture

I'm curious, if I pop Fight or Flight and then hit with Fracture, will the initial hit be the only part that gets the 30% buff or will every tick get it? I've been trying to land a Fracture at the end of every FoF cd, just wondering if its worth bothering.

Yes dots take into account all + damage + attack power buffs on you at the time which can lead to some fun dot numbers. It's amazing with a warrior using Unchained and Berserk and putting a fracture near the end of both for an insane DoT for threat over the course of the time it's ticking .

It should definitely should work with Fight or flight for paladins also sword oath if I'm not mistaken in how it works, although that would require a swift oath swap for a minor damage and threat increase.
