Potent Silencing Potion - Correct stated duration?

While up questing in Mor Dhona, I saw the Potent Silencing Potion as a quest reward, and I really have to wonder if the duration stated on it is correct.

For those that have not seen it, the potion causes a 1s Silence, on a 2m cooldown.

With that short duration, it is not better than ability stuns on a much lower cooldown outside of some really specific situations, such as stun immune mob with a nasty spell with a decent cast time.

So was it intended to only be 1s or is there a typo in the tooltip?

It can be used as an off-gcd interrupt.

I get that it can be used as an interrupt, however I have yet to come across where I can see them being used with a 1s duration. For two reasons, silence typically only interrupts spells and both abilities and spells from mobs have cast bars, as well as the few enemies that I have seen that might have a bigger spell they use often enough to need an extra interrupt are also very likely to be immune to the potions anyways.

That's a shame, if I ever find myself with the ingredients to blend one up I'll give it a shot.

To elaborate, I just checked all forms of Silencing potions and they all do indeed say 1 second duration, can't be a mere typo.

Still could be a typo, as would not be surprised if only difference between the item descriptions is what level of mobs they work on besides the item name itself. Which could mean easy copy paste repeated typos.
