I am pretty sure the echo command works for that.
/echo RECAST [name of macro without the brackets] MACRO
So it would look like this if the macro was named LFG
/shout Lvl 50 Monk LFG for blahblahblah
/wait 60
/echo RECAST LFG MACRO
