How to transfer the whole Settings from PC to Laptop

I'm playing FFXIV on PC and Laptop, but the UI Settings, Hotkeys etc. seems to be saved on my PC.
Does anyone know how to transfer the settings to my laptop?
In which folder are the settings saved?

I found an automatic way to keep the settings on my PC and laptop synced.

I'm thinking he's using a service like dropbox to sync his FFXIV folder ("\Users\<user>\Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn" in Win7). It should copy over the macros, UI layout, etc.

Recommend playing with the same resolution on both systems, as the UI elements may get altered slightly is using different resolutions.

Yes you use Dropbox but you need also an extra tool which you can use to sync folders outside of the Dropbox.
Then you can sync both FFXIV folders on both PC without moving them out of the original folder and they are automatically always in sync every time you change anything.
