I'm thinking of adding the PC platform to my account since I play on the PS3. I'm wondering if by adding will I:

- Still be able to access my characters from PS3?
- Get the 30-days game time added that comes with the PC version?
- Will I need to pay separately monthly for both? Or just 1 time and its account based, not platform?
