Focus Target Bar Issue

There is an issue where, once I have added a target to the focus target bar, I cannot see what abilities the enemy is readying because the words "Focus Target" overlap the skill readying bar.

I too am experiencing this. I have confirmed with other players as well. Haven't seen this as an acknowledged bug yet.
