[PS3] Issues when chat log is expanded

I found this display issue on PS3 version where, if you press the square button when the chat log is expanded, you can see part of the map UI.

Steps:

1) press the select button until you're selecting the chat log;

2) press the triangle button to expand the chat log;

3) press the circle button (doing so the chat log is no more selected and the pointer finger is not visible anymore);

4) press the square button. Now the pointer finger reappears near the upper left corner of the screen as if you opened the map and you should see something like this:
