Cannot post anywhere but tech support

I cannot post anywhere in the forums but here. Why? It says my lvl is too low. (lvl22THM is too low?) and I've reach my post limit for the day? (This is the only post I've posted today.) WTF Gives.

That doesn't make any kind of sense in a game where you can change your class(hence your level) at will.

Same here, completely bizarre that SE would block people from posting in the forums in this way but maybe they figured that the technical support forum is the only forum anyone will ever need in this game. Which is probably pretty accurate based on how things have gone so far.
