Problem: Trouble first started when I received a new message notification. I found the nearest delivery moogle (in Limsa Lominsa) to open my letter. It was from a Free Company friend, Teeck Cobblebottom. He was sending me brass earrings. When I tried to take the earrings out of the message, I got an error message: "Unable to accept attachment. You either lack space in your inventory, or cannot possess more than one of this item." My inventory was not full, and brass earrings are not unique items. I can craft them, and had a few in my bags already. I thought maybe it was a unique bug, but since I already had earrings like the ones Teeck sent me, I deleted the whole message. I also developed a new error message every time I switch zones: "Unable to send mail." I'm not trying to send anything to anyone when I get this error; it just happens every time I load a new zone. When I DO try to send a message via delivery moogle, however, I get that exact same error again: "Unable to send mail." That night, player Agaeris Mikaelian (who is also my husband) tried to send my character Lilly 3,000 gold as I was running relatively short after heavy repairs. He sent the gold with no problem, but when I went to a different delivery moogle (this one in Ul'dah) and opened up the message, I got the same error when I tried to remove the gil: "Unable to accept attachment. You either lack space in your inventory, or cannot possess more than one of this item." the brass earrings, I could've believed, but I can't have more than one gil? That's not right. For three days now, I have been unable to take the gil out of this message, and it is still sitting with my delivery moogle. I still have the "Unable to send mail" error every time I zone, and every time I try to send anyone anything. Also, I have two characters in all, Lilly Averill and Yeesha Firewalker. Only Lilly has this problem. Yeesha seems to be able to send and receive mail just fine. Lilly gets errors any time she tries to take something out of the message or send any messages out, with or without attachments. No macros used.
