    Gothic Chocobo Barding?

    So I was wondering around the other day and saw someone using armor that looked like this:

    Where/how can you get this? I know you can get armor from your Grand Company and from the Collector's Addition, but where/how can you get the other types of barding please?

    do you mean legacy status where you pay less per month, or have a legacy character? because i have a legacy character, and have never seen this armor.

    It's a campaign which you recieved if you paid 90days total (If my memory isn't failling me atm). It is account wide and comes with said discount and chocobo too. However you can have a 1.0 character without it being "Legacy" if you didn't meed the requirements.

    Yeah, that's the barding for the legacy chocobo. I've grown to like it simply because it doesn't have the silly-looking drapes from the GC standard barding.

    * The sad thing is that FFXIV turned RDM into a turret, and people think that's what it's supposed to be. It's supposed to combine sword and magic into something more, not spend the bulk of gameplay spamming spells and jump into melee for only 3 GCDs before scurrying back to the back line like good little casters.
