I do agree with you though because places like Coerthas Central Highlands get SEVERELY overpopulated with players running those fates that getting contribution is near impossible for people who are not in a party.
On aion and maplestory they called them channels. Yea there other games that call them instances but i dunno like.. some games use that word instance to define a type of dungeon.
