Camera bug

The camera turns around 180 degrees, and then back, and back ...and so on and so forth. Can happen in really quick successions for a few seconds, and sometimes just one or two times over ten secs. Noticeed that it happens mostly in crowded places with fighting, like fates.
Tried another mouse, so it's not mine that's coo-coo.

Help please.
