    Nope, only thoose items that came with the 1.0 CE and 2.0 CE.

    All 4 are head pieces, same XP bonus, but each with different stats.

    No, but on the other hand there are a plethora of 3% XP bonus food/drink items you can get from your friendly neighborhood culinarian.
