im surprised people havent been banned over it to boot, it was a major exploit

Yea that was me. But some of my Japanese friends also bug reported it on their forums. They deserve some credit (and angry glares) as well.

Because there's still quite a few MMOs that doesn't have a "mount" system but use other forms of transportation in general, there's some that even uses a "go to" system through the map.

You will be bitching about chocobos 10 minutes after they release it anyway.

Tho, they do have a story to go with the lack of chocobos tho. Most of them are sick. So in the future (MAYBE 1.18) there may be a quest to render aid to a sick chocobo, and maybe even obtain ownership of aided chocobo.

they already have chocobo model in the game. all they need to do is put characters on the damn birds and adjust moving speed, done! if their programmers can not do it in 5 hours they should be fired
