BGM not playing when re-watching cutscenes

Hello,
The city-state BGM and Scions of the Seventh Dawn BGM does not play when re-watching cutscenes through the Unending Journal in the inn rooms. All other BGM seems to play correctly.

Examples: talking to Momodi in the adventurer's guild does not play Ul'dah theme, talking to Minfilia does not play the Waking Sands music.

I haven't finished the storyline yet, so I can't say what else isn't playing, but the above examples definitely do not work. The BGM plays when watching through the first playthrough, it's just when re-watching through the Unending journal.

If you could please provide the following information, we will make sure that your report is looked into so we can try to resolve it.
Which cutscenes in particular? All cutscenes involving City-states and the Waking Sands? Or only particular ones involving those spaces? Is it local to the Quicksand, or all cutscenes in Ul'dah? If possible, can you verify cutscenes in other City-States?
