[Bug] Movement speed is Reduced after Teleportation

    Platform: PC
    ISP: Windstream
    Type of Internet Connection: ADSL2
    Internet Connection Speed: 12mbit/.768kbps
    Date & Time: n/a
    Frequency: Recurring since open beta
    Character Name: Shade Highwind
    Race: Hyur
    World: Figaro
    Class/Skill Rank: Lancer 33
    Physical Level: 33
Area and Coordinates: Aethryte Crystals/Other Warp Points
    Party or Solo: Both
    NPC Name: n/a
    Monster Name: n/a
    In-Game Time: n/a
    Steps:
    1. Teleport to any camp either via anima or return
    2. Sometimes [about 5-10% of the time] Movement is reduced upon spawning at the destination. Movement reduction is random between 40-60%.
    3. Switching gear alleviates the issue

Additional Detail: Upon teleporting to an Aethryte Camp or Stream, sometimes my character will have reduced movement speed, as much as 40-60%. This happens frequently about 5-10% of time when teleporting, and also happens to my room mate. Switching any piece of gear causing my player character to "flash" alleviates the issue.

Both of our PCs are more than qualified to run the game and I have heard other players in game also report this issue. I think it has something to do with moving too soon after teleportation. Something to do with how the game locks your movement speed in memory.

This happens to me as well, mostly when I'm engaged in combat and die, I warp back to the crystal like..with 10% of my movement speed.

Switching to active mode again fix it.

This happened to me at least 3 times, twice during "Together We Stand" (main scenario quest) after a battle.
    Changing equipment, everything didn't help.
I tried to run to the goal at a snail's pace and failed the quest.
Then when it happened again I realized active mode's speed was still normal, and finished the quest.

Whenever this happened the only way for me to fix it was to relog.
    I don't know if it's related, but I'm using a PS3 controller to play.

I've had this also happen to me twice in the past. After dieing and returning to the home point I will be at a significantly reduced movement speed and the only way to return to normal was to either engage in battle or use the return command once more.

This has happened to me more than a few times. If you cycle active/passive mode once, it will fix. THM
