Just bought a HQ electrum book and had 2 materia melded to it, both are now showing +0 on the stats though.

HQ Book of Electrum (item level 45, requires lvl 45 to equip)
Mind III Materia (base level 45)

I'm confused with the resulting +0 stats for both materia, considering the item level requirements seem to match. Anyone have a clue why this is happening?
