Paid Name Change

I hope not. it makes people be able to be do naughty things, and get away with it.. with a simple name change!

That's not always the case though. I love things that allow me to change my username or character name because I sometimes get bored quickly. Though I'm okay with the names I currently have, some people might want it to evade harassment from rude players, because they made a typo and didn't realize it until level 20, decided they want that name for a different character they plan to make, etc.

It's a good idea that will guarantee more money for SE, so long as it doesn't cost too much (most games I've seen that allow it usually charge 5-10 bucks).

They could have it like RIFT does where you can see the previous names that a player has used.
