I've gone five dungeon runs where i only saw tank gear drop and never got a thing, and the tank got three things to drop and won each. it's luck of the random numbers.
If it's a Shield, the THM/CNJ can Roll a Need on it too depending upon Stats of the Shield.

If it's a DoW gear (not MRD/WAR/GLD/PLD Exclusive) then it's gonna be any DoW (LNC, PUG, ARC, MRD, GLD) can roll Need on it.

If it's an 'All Classes' gear, all classes can roll GREED on it.

What I want to know is what happens if all 4 players 'Pass' on the Loot.
