Error in NPC Dialogue: Broken Record (or broken english)

After choosing my Grand Company (Flames) in the Waking Sands near Horizon and initiating the quest "The Company You Keep (Immortal Flames)", I spoke again with the officer. The following is his dialogue:

Before you may take your place within our ranks, you must speak with the personnel officer at the Hall of Flames in Ul'dah in Ul'dah, in Ul'dah,,)>. Pray do so at your earliest convenience. I, meanwhile, will bear word of your excellent decision to General Raubahn.

Of note are the repetitions of "Ul'dah", the use of excessive commas and the erroneous use of a parenthesis and angle-bracket.

As an addendum, in the same quest, after the instance fight, an NPC refers to those with whom I fought as "Maelstrom lads", even though they were Flames members.
