this happened to me since thursday and 5 minutes ago my account has been terminated according to there records i barely have forum access. Customer service has rejected the last 5 tickets with general scripted responses i have given up.
I think you should contact a GM in game with another character.
Was hoping i would wake up this mornign and everything would be fixed. Nope still stuck
Figures still cant log into my character. This is seriously the worse support for a game i have ever had to deal with. Today i did chat support and for 2 hours waited ti get help, as soon as it turned to 0 in line and i was next it said no chat support available.
Another day of dealing with the awesome support these people have. Character is still in limbo

While this is interesting for the rest of us. Honestly, has anyone seen a single moderator, tech support person, ANY SE representative answer ONE thread on this forum? Just curious, cause I haven't seen one. Would love to be proven wrong.
No i have not and my character is still stuck. I spent a hour and a half on phone support today. Not being rude but the guy i talked to did not not shit, he seriously kept saying"hmm that's weird" Give me a minute while i research this then after 3 min he would come back and have me explain to him again "hmm so you cant even log in at all?" I would say nope then we would rinse repeat let me go research that. Bam he comes back again "hmm so you can log into the same world on a different character and get in but not on the paladin, let me go research that BRB." Really are you fing kidding me. SO what is his solution well here it is.
Wait till server maintenance is over then try to log in, if you can't log in call back. I was like FFS you want me to call you back? You do realize i have to sit on the phone for over a hour can we not just escalate my problem now. "hmm let em go research that... comes back nope you need to call back" Then i get he is there anything else i can help you with, my response was "yes i cant log into my paladin" I hate whens someone ask if they can help me with anything else and they have not even fixed the issue i have called in with.
WORSE customer support ever, I would rather call Verizon and deal with those idiots then to talk to support again.
