Unable to finish Quests

I have several quests that can not be finished for my character Bellamay Tulo
What's in the Box
A Sheepish Request
Glory Days
On the Summerford
Back in the Water
Flour Power
Beetle Juice
Fire and Brimstone

Some of the quest give me equipment that I can use on my quest. Please help me.

I am having an issue with the quest Into a Copper Hell. My Journal log states I have completed the mission. (I did the dungeon battle yesterday, this is when the bug occurred, the battle did say Duty Complete) My journal log states that I am to report back to Painted Mesa. When I click on him to finish the quest all he offers is to repeat the mission. Please help so I can continue on the main story line.
