That being said, things like this are a great idea. It would be a nice way for some people to get into said gathering profession and something for the community to participate in as a whole.

Something like this could be done on a personal level if they give us housing, or even on a company level if player companies are introduced and have a private space. It would be an interesting thing to see companies competing for the best garden on the server too.

Maybe even tie it into a seasonal (like Spring) event.
