That is a lot of stuff in that house.

Current info mentioned is that Medium House will cost about the amount of Gil you will have from leveling from lvl 1 to lvl 50 as you progress in the storyline which means it will be around 300K gil.

Small and Large house price is unknown.

It would be nice if they split the difference. Basically a Small House would be 150k, Medium House 300k, and Large 450k. That would make the math easier, though that would be a lot of gil considering there is virtually no way to make gil (NEW gil) so not sure how that would work for upkeep costs. Hopefully it is not something like 10% of total cost per week/month (though /month would be easier to handle I suppose).

Well currently Free Companies can also buy a House as well to serve as the FC hub. Bonuses are different for a FC owned house but they will still benefit all FC members.

One bonus for a FC House is that it will proved a +20% exp bonus to crafting classes.

It is best for the FC to save up for a Large House.

Why are they releasing houses only in Limsa?
Will we be able to move houses to another housing zone when it comes out?

I'd hate to have to choose between waiting (and forgoing the FC bonuses for housing) for the zone we want to come out, and having to put our house in a zone we don't want.

The other city states will be released as well once housing is released but they only have the LL concept full ready to be shown.

You are only allowed to own 1 house but you must choose between Limsa Lominsa, Ul'dah, or Gridania.

This has been asked numerous times and there's never been a concerete answer, always something along the lines of you can allow x,y,z into your house but not a,b,c and so on. So in a round about way you can share that way.

I do hope you can own a house and have "roommates" or, if you get married in-game, your spouse can live with you.

It would be pointless to own a huge house if it's only yourself... unless a bigger house means bigger bonuses, of course. And I'm not counting FC housing because I view that more as a Meeting place rather than as a home.
