Controller Input errors since beta 4.

I used a gamepad all the way from starting out @ v1.17, and up until the end of beta phase 3 I never experienced any problems using it until beta phase 4, where I started receiving periods of time where whatever input is currently active on the controller, will freeze, and carry on for a second or two, before allowing me to input something entirely different.

For example: I may be running across a zone, and want to alter the cameras view slightly, but at the same time I do, the controllers input freezes, so I end up doing a 360 or if stationary, the camera will 360.

Or, trying to d-pad through targets, and it will lock as me tabbing through, and I'll end up targeting someone else.

Is anyone else having these issues, or have you resolved them/have an idea for how I can resolve this?

I've tried a full install, and rolled my computer back to a date set before beta phase 3 was out.

I started getitng these errors 2 nights ago. I figured it was my xbox controller or my cheaply made wireless adapter for pc. Was going to switch the xbox controller tonight (I'm hoping it's a controller issue...) Don't know why it started 2 nights ago it would seem it has something (for me at least) to do w/ the update Wednesday but it worked fine all Wednesday and most of Thursday.

EDIT: My issues were when i use the left analog or right analog stick it would lock up and either keep me running in circles or spinning the camera around to where i couldn't see anything. Also sometimes when using the D-pad and buttons it just wouldn't register my actions. Only happened maybe 5 times total 3 being the night before last during a story battle that I kept failing for an hour. Hasn't happened since but I didn't play last night and i'll switch controllers today.
