Updates are good for business

Hey there SquareEnix,

I know you're busy and all trying to keep things running, but its really important to keep us up to date on things you've promised to do. Things like, giving free days to your clients after an update 2 days ago (or not..), and opening up digital downloads again..

I don't like to be in the dark as to whether digital downloads will be available tomorrow, or a month from now. I don't want to have to pay for shipping if I don't have to, but if I'm going to have to wait a week or more to get my hands on a standard copy, then I'll just have it shipped.

Don't drop the ball! Your underestimation and lack of server preparation for launch should be the only ball you drop, if any.

Pay more attention to the Dev Tracker on the initial forum page. http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/forum.php

And read all the posts that go there because they sometimes talk about different issues in them and not just the topic.

In this one they talk about getting dates for when World Transfer and when DD sales will be announced beginning of next week.
