Sort out Queue pop notifications please...this is a horrible system

This has happened several times to me now, being a Bard I'm sat in the queue for up to an hour, a total waste of time that being, so I find my self something to do, generally I'll browse the internet, go on youtube etc and make sure that half of the screen is showing at least.

So my queues pop, yet the box doesn't pop up in the middle of the screen which for some reason I was thinking it would, you don't even get any text notification in your chat box to let you know its up, what you DO get though, is a notification that "Participation could not be confirmed, Your registration is withdrawn", Well...thanks a bloody bunch!, How about letting me know when it has actually poped?

While we're at it, why can't we get a rough idea of how long the queue will be? like as soon as you enter the queue, it shows how many tanks, healers and DDs are waiting in the queue while the game sorts everyone out? if anyone has played a game called Global Agenda then you will know what I'm talking about, it helped me know what I'm to expect and what I could be doing in the mean time, example being:

Tank: 11
Healer: 16:
DPS: 43

Something like that at the side, instead of clicking on the duty finder on your quest bar and having it say "Tank: 0/1, Healer: 0/1, DPS: 1/2, have it show the thing that I just wrote above because unlike showing the useless information that it currently shows, we can actually have something...you know...helpful?
