SO, from what i'm reading from this, skill speed is a MUST and you gotta stack it to get the max dps

Unfortunately skill speed from gear is far too marginal to justify prioritizing it at the moment. Until we get a decent bit more, think of skill speed on gear as a small bonus rather than a stat to prioritize when choosing gear.

EDIT:

No matter what I do, dropping of ToD and Demolish is increasing my DPS >.<

Pretty sure parsers don't track DoTs properly right now.

Pretty sure parsers don't track DoTs properly right now.

Use touch of death count the damage then see parser. It works and sometimes parser over estimates the damage due to server based dot tick
Use demolish and check parser
use fracture and check parser

All 3 appear correctly on parsers.

The problem is it estimates,even given a formula it still doesn't account for DoT crits or buffs active when you apply the DoTs.
