where are all the side quest givers gone?

hi guys, i started the game as a marauder, because i thought it was a dps class, levelled her up to 15, after doing masses of sidequests and story, then i decided to level lancer, when i found out this was the dps class, then went to gridania, and all i can find are levequest givers here and there, where are all the sidequest givers? i am so bored right now just spamming levequests untill im high enough to go do the lancer story quests, am i doing something wrong? please help thanks

Run out to the smaller camps outside of the city, if your just now getting to gridania there should be plenty. Also check the "recomendations" that pops up when you log on, you can access it through one of the start menu things - maybe under Duty.

I havent tried it yet but I have heard Guildhests are a great way to lvl.
