Level 28 Story quest Bugged / Stucked

Steps:
1. I startet the lv 28 Story quest, a skeleton in her Closet
2. I cleared instance of Haukke
3. While warping out after endboss
4. Server went down for Maintance while in loading screen
5. Got D/c
6. Quest seems to be finished (Talk to Ursandel in Old-Gridania)
7. Went to NPC
8. NPC Ursandel does not respond. Quest cant be Finished, and cant be canceled.
9. Stuck in Quest

Same exact problem here, I've relogged, exited the client and relogged, and even done Haukke Manor an additional time. The only possibility I can think of is that I joined an already in progress party both times for the Haukke Manor. That being said though, it noted completion and the objective now is to go talk to Ursandel again. I do but he won't respond at all to let me complete the quest. I however did not get DCed for any part of the quest, and warped out fine after the boss, so it just seems like a random odd error for me. I did go and get the bard class before returning to turn in the quest so perhaps that had something to do with it? When I click map in the journal entry the map won't pop up, and it won't show his location anywhere in the map that I can find (though I've found him and talked to him since I knew where he was).

Tetheta same here. Can click on quest show on map, but got no place for it. Just nothing happens.
Found him later by myself, but cant finish the quest.

Hope it get fixed soon... cause i cant find any quest region.
now level 33 through Events. But waiting until this get fixed.

Yeah I'm level 32 just about now, going to try to keep running through Haukke Manor I guess, or level another class. Problem is I'm not legacy and to keep up with my friends I really want to be leveling my main -- yet I don't want to get no xp later for the story quests haha. Hopefully they find a solution soon.

Yup still bugged logging in this morning =/ wish I could quit the quest somehow and try to restart

EDIT!!!!
I decided to go level up lancer while I was stuck, and used the aetheryte to head to the blue badger gate. Suddenly a cutscene ensued that I hadn't seen before but the quest text mentions (where you meet with two Ascians) and suddenly Ursandel is on the map and the quest appears to be working! So I guess waiting a while then switching zones again was what I needed to do.
