In-Game audio issue, no proper Development tag also...

Two Issues:

1) There is no development tag for issues with the confguration menu or tools in game. Please observe making a new tag

2) The in-game audio adjustment menu needs to be fixed.

Here's the scenario: Setup utility has audio enabled, I'm in FFXIV, and I go to the Audio menu, and I adjust all audio sliders to about 10-15% volume levels. This does not actually adjust 'ALL' in game volume despite reducing, 'ALL' available sliders. Weather effects, some system sounds still play at 100%.

I do not want to play in complete silence, but if I'm listening to music while I play, or I'm playing in bed while my girlfriend naps, I want to simply be able to adjust my in-game volume as needed.

Suggestion: Implement a 'Master Volume' slider option, or just make the other three actually cover all in-game volume.
