    Loth i know that much on equipping items but the actual proccess dont know much, nor on the guild points and so on. But I didnt know that you dont need a schematic in game in order to make an item.
    In the upper right hand portion of the screen click "The Lodestone" icon. In the search box look up "Genine Asura". Click the "Character" flag. Then you want to click "Blog". There will be 3 pages of blogs. Let me know if you can't find it ^^.
