Server Transfer and Name question.

Hi,

What happens if you transfer server but there is already a character there with the same name?
Do you get to change the name of your transferred character or does the character who already was on that server has to change his name?

1st time you log into the server you'll be asked to change names

Well ya obviously. Someone else had that name 1st why should they change it over you


Can't share the same name that's identity theft and you'll spend 18 years in the Limsa dungeon for credit card fraud

Do you get an opportunity to change your name, even if there isn't anyone with the same name?
