First off, if possible can you move this to the Website Bugs part of the site? Apparently being level 22 on my main isn't high enough to have the honour of posting on that part of the forum.

I'm having a couple of issues with the game at the moment both of which have nothing to do with actually being in the game but rather surrounding my ability to continue playing once my free time runs out.

Initially I tried to set up a credit card recurring billing, you rejected my card. I suspect the reason you did is because my address claims I live in Canada but my payment information is coming from a UK IP address. Thing is? I'm in the UK for a prolonged length of time at the moment, at least the next 6 months, possibly longer, also possibly indefinitely being here.

Then once my support ticket was deleted without a response I decided to contact a live agent, who after I waited nearly 2 hours in queue promptly disconnected me without even saying hello (when I was finally at the end of the queue I was still within business hours of the live support).

So, at this point I threw my hands up and just went onto amazon and bought 2 time cards for the game. They've since arrived today and I'm unable to register them, I assume because you guys have this idea in your heads that nobody EVER moves from their home country and thus do not allow time card registration from different regions.

So tell me, am I now out the £41.97 these time cards cost me? Because if your answer is yes? That's 100% unacceptable. I've done EVERYTHING that could be expected of me to get this issue sorted before I resorted to buying time cards. You have my money Squenix, don't tell me that I don't get anything in return for that money.
