YouTube has it's own systems in place to handle copyrighted material being posted on it without permission.
What other MMO / game has this kind of term in it's TOS?
It's ridiculous.

Ironically, based on that TOS you cannot even use 3rd-Party music that you have explicit rights to be able to use, such as having a legal contract with the party which holds the rights to said music.. For example, the band Eyeshine, which is the band that belongs to Johnny Yong Bosch, gives explicit permission to use their music for supporting their Indie band charity organization Revolution Airways, well anyways a future album from when you support: "EXECUTIVE PRODUCER CREDIT on a future Eyeshine Album and permission to use the album on your own projects (films, commercials, YouTube, school, etc)"
Stop ripping off other people's work, try creating your own.According to the TOS linked above.
• I cannot put FF14 music in the intro OR outro of my videos - because the original footage doesn't accompany it.
• I cannot put my own third party music on top of the footage I record.
• I cannot chop up the game sound / music - and because I cannot edit the video without chopping the audio, I can't upload it.
^ Stupid.
You made the decision to allow monetization on YouTube (shouldn't have even been an option) and you need to make the decision to remove this stuff from your TOS. It's silly.
