Lvl 50 - Castrum Meridianum/Praetorium/Wander Palace drop Philo Tomestone
Lvl 50 - Amdapor Keep drop both Philo/Myth Tomestone
Primal Hard (Ifrit/Garuda/Titan) drop both Philo/Myth Tomestone

Myth Tomestone is required for AF2, the strongest, bestest, badest thing at the moment. Even Bahamut Coil only drop the equivalent of AF2, however people want easiest/quickest way to cap and skip through tons of stuff so they want AK to provide every single thing in the easiest to attain manner possible.
The intended progression was Aurum Vale (iLvl 52) -> Wander Palace (iLvl 55) -> Amdapor Keep (iLvl 60) -> exchange for DL (iLvl 70) -> Crystal Tower (coming in patch 2.1 - iLvl 85) -> Bahamut Coil (iLvl 90). However, the whiners want AK to provide easy iLvl 70 and iLvl 90 (currently capped 300 per week) so they don't have to move an inch from their beloved AK.

Then they will unsub the game because there is nothing else to do.
