10 for Cthulhu, 20 for Demon Wall, 50 Phil and 40 Myth for whatchamacallit.
The only two instances where all tome dropped only at final boss are the 2 story ones.
Trash in the dungeons should also drop tomes, a couple at best I'm not asking for 50 tomes per mob though that would be nice :P This will add incentive to kill everything and take your time rather than taking a tank-train all the way to the boss arena.
WP is way easier because it's easily pugable even with people who are first timers. AK is not pugable with first timers. And then you have people who leave DF once they get in because the party does not want to speed run or want to speed run. There's also people who quit because the tank said he can't tank golems and boss at first boss (leaving dps and healer to take adds on, where healer gets mad cause he is the guy getting hit). Personally I find that WP can be done with crappy gear but AK simply cannot. Anyway, that's not the point of thread. Yes tomes need to change in this game, so is the drop from primal. Crafting should have great gear (or at least great gear but only the crafter can wear or something.)
It's really hard to get tomes when I have like 2-3 hours of gameplay on weekday. If I am unlucky, I won't be able to get in for like 30min to 2 hours. And DF can take up to an hour. Even if DF gets me in, some ass-ho**s rage quit even before dungeon starts. Currently crafting alchemy for relic wpn since no one sells the item I need. Painful, very painful...

Currently, end game is incredibly boring. It's nothing but speedy tome farming in one instance over....and over. They need more dungeons or to have more ways to get tomes. As it is, it makes me want to poke my eyes out.
AK barely qualifies for ARR's endgame.
No, that'd be Binding Coil. And, to some extent, HM primal fights.
AK offers an opportunity to upgrade from AF and have something to do when you can't get 8 people together.
