    broken quest (back in the water & on to summerford)

    i go to complete the quest ( at npc with the green check mark ) and the complete button is grayed out and i can only decline the reward(s). is there an in game fix or something i can do?

    i had figured out the issue with the "on to summerford" quest....
    but the "back in the water " quest is still broken
