How do I lock my hotbar? (PS3)

I can't seem to figure it out and nothing on the internet or FAQs help. I see people saying to 'right click' the lock button, but I am on PS3, I can't click the lock button. Earlier I somehow managed to delete all of my hotbars, so I would like to be able to lock/unlock at will. Thanks in advance.

There should be a small padlock on the right hand side of the hot bar

1. You can click on anything even with the PS3 version. L1+R3 let you enter mouse mode.
2. There is a option, there is an option in the character options for allowing hotbar customization, unclicking this should disable being able to change them.

3. Or you sure you deleted them? Or did you switch to a new class? Hotbars are only shared between classes if you selected that option in character options.

for vertical and some horizontal hotbars there is no lock on the side. so u go to
menu>system>character configuration>hotbar settings

then un-enable hotbar cycleing and repositioning
